I have ordered a dress of cost Rs.1140 and it was delivered on jan6th ,as the product quality was not good I requested for return of the product on jan 8th,and it was accepted and picked up on jan9th,but even after 5 days the money was not credited,so I called for the customer care number ,they are asking for proofs to whom I have returned,I dont understand how another person can know my product number including my address other than meesho,that is meesho mistake to not update that the product was delivered,and even after having their mistake and selecting a wrong delivery agents..they are speaking rudely and keeping on hold for 20 min …by simply telling we filed a complaint and made me wait for other 5 days..even after calling them after 5 days they simply said sorry we cand give refund….I dont understand hiring the staff who cant update once the delivery is done,..and how could they cancel the order if I returned the product was the big question,…the worst shopping I have ever done,…I
