Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Fake Fab India Website and Products
Dear Sir / Ma’am,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent incident that occurred while making an online purchase. On 20-06-2023, I came across an advertisement on Instagram promoting a sale on Fab India products. Excited by the offer, I visited the website mentioned in the ad and placed an order for clothes.
To my dismay, I later discovered that the website I had ordered from was a counterfeit one, meticulously designed to resemble the authentic Fab India website. The products showcased on the website were identical to those offered by Fab India, leading me to believe it was a legitimate platform.
Upon further investigation, I found out that the website I had unknowingly dealt with was unauthorized and operating in bad faith, falsely representing itself as an official Fab India store. This incident has not only resulted in financial loss for me but also raises concerns about consumer protection and online security.
I would like to bring this matter to your attention to ensure that appropriate action is taken against the fraudulent website and prevent other unsuspecting customers from falling victim to this scam. Furthermore, I request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly by taking the necessary steps to shut down the fake website and hold those responsible accountable for their deceptive practices and help me retrieve the money back.
