Dear Madam/Sir,
Today I am recharged Rs.149/– to my airtel Number for AIRTEL, through AIRTEL PAYMENT BANK, from INDIAN BANK via net banging, Money also transfers your Account, on that time Msg will come from INDIAN BANK for me, but NO msg come from your airtel for recharged Rs.149/-.
What happens from you, you are not attn any customer phone call, then why you give customer care number, if you not recharge our number why you take my money, this is not the right way!
So you refund my money Rs.149/- Immediately, Or Recharge my phone as same as Rs 149/- for my Number
So make it fast!
