Text of Complaint by Rudrakshi:

I have terminated the Excitel Broadband service on Dec 2022…their policy to refund money is 90 days. But it’s been 7 months still I am not getting my refund. Whenever I open a ticket they mark the tickets “resolved” yet while issue is not resolved yet. Please help.
