Hi Sir/Madam
I placed my order for Winter Coat with your Club Factory on Nov 18, 2018. I was not satisfied with your product. So, i had returned your product and it was taken back on Nov 30, 2018.
Now the problem is i am not able to refund my amount. Though previously in app the amount was showing in dollars and provided the link to refund to account, i tried it vaguely but didn’t got refunded. Now it has not refunded but the app amount is showing as 0 dollars.
Your customer support guys are saying this will be resolved by 2-3 working days, but this is what they are saying since so many working days. All in vain.
Please refund the amount so that atleast by next winter i can buy a coat for myself.
