I have done a transaction of selling paytm gold in paytm of rupees 12000 on 5th November.Its been 8 days still my money is not credited in my account and also o didn’t get my refund. I tried to contact paytm care but they are making excuses every time i contact them. They been telling me to wait48 hours since the transaction is complete. But it’s been 8 days and they are not replying me. I need my money back that’s all i want.
