Hi,
On 4 the of October I tried to recharge my jio no 9337126565 through jio app and after clicking on the recharge open I found the option paytm and then I proceed. In my paytm no 9338431473 balance was 13 rupees and I need more 386 for a 399 recharge. The 386 amount is deducted from my ICICI Bank account account but recharge not done. I also did not get any SMS from paytm or jio. And no order no also not reflecting in paytm. While I inquired about the fact jio executive confirm that the recharge is declined. In ICICI Bank statement it’s showing that 386 deducted to paytm. Till time I did not get the money refund. I also contacted to paytm care and my SR no is 89770033
Plz help me out
