I received a call at the end of November I stipulated to the lady I am not paying for this as I did not need it. She said I won’t pay that confirming my details is just to make sure of my details. I repeatedly said no to payment. I emailed once I saw money went off. I saw that an email was sent to the relevant people and I was CCd into it now I see another amount was deducted. I want my money back which is R280 and this cancelled immediately.

I did not receive anything but everything month take my money so I want to cancel and refund me my money
