Sir, I had ordered an order from Amazon on 11.8.2019, which could not come to me for any reason. But they asked me for money refund. Which was done on 19.8.2019.But no money has come to my account. Amazon people are saying that you should return the money, ask your bank and your bank is say not coming. Amazon has also given me the refund reference number. They are saying that it was your bank that gave it back when the payment was made. Refund reference number is YKFI98M70000JYHI74R4.
