Dear Sir/ Madam please be informed that on 22.04.2023 I had made a payment of Rs.100/- from my bank account to my11circle app to join paid contest and win. But now the issue is the money has been debited from my bank account and it’s not been credited in my my11circle app. For this I mailed my11circle app Regarding this issue but I am not getting any proper response. So I kindly request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action.
