Dear Sir,
I have ordered my groceries on Iiomart on October 9, 2022. Order number 16652882920059229M.
Ordered and paid Rupees 3217 with reference number IGAOLEWCQ7.
In my jiomart account, it is showing ordered and the amount is showing Rupees 2581.
Still, I have not received it, and also money has also not been refunded yet.
I have sent several emails to cs@jiomart.com.
But my complaint has not been resolved.
I request you to solve my problem and refund my money Rupees 3217.
