On 14th Feb, 2019 My friend requested 19200 rs with upi transfer, I payed through paytm upi Id. The amount got deducted from my bank account but upi transfer failed. When I tried calling customer care number, they are not assigning executives to talk even after waiting for 10 minutes. They are not replying to chat queries.
