I have deposited 9000rs in 1win on 19 may 2022, the money got debited from my bank but it doesn’t reflecting in my 1win game account! I tried raising issue and did talk with their customer care but they said that the deposite was cancelled… now I don’t know where my money go and they asked to mail them stating the issue and I did that, but I did not get any response mail from them, the customer care keeps asking me to wait but not telling me exactly in how much time I will get my money back or will it be deposited in my 1win account!
