So i order some groceries on jiomart on 24th january 2024 and the money got debited but the order didnt pop up in the “orders” section and the order did not get placed. And its been a month since ive been asking for a refund and theyve just been telling me to wait again and again. The customer support is not helping at all. They just create new complains and mark them as resolved without resolving any. I am attaching the upi transaction ss under this.
