Today,Dec 25,2018 ,while ordering food from zomato ,the gateway didn’t asked for any otp and straight away money got deducted,therefore I reordered only to realize later that the first order was also confirmed which was not showing in my orders list.This is ridiculous as when on contacting the customer care they responded that order can get cancelled but you won’t get any refunds.I feel cheated.
