Compaint no : KAR-V00363825759 (raised on 11-mar-2021, around 8 PM): On 1st march 2021 11AM WAP Content got activated from vodafone side and also Rs.20 got deducted from customer without customer confirmation and customer is asking for refund for the same amount
: Such activity from vodefone side is happening repeatedly, without confirmation from customer and money is getting deducted. Customer is asking for root cause behind such issue and refund the deducted money from any cost.
: Customer is going to put these things in consumer court as it has become a regular practice from vodefone side to activate any services without any confirmation from customer and activate the services from back end and deduct the balance from customer’s account.
