I am filing this complaint against Diraa and its representatives, including Managing Director Siva Prakash and employees Nithya and Sabitha, for failing to provide the promised job placement services and for not refunding my payment despite repeated assurances. Persons Contacted: • Siva Prakash (Managing Director) • Nithya – 8122876091, 9789235008 • Sabitha – 9789766616 I paid ₹1,00,000 to Diraa on 08 April 2025 for job placement assistance. At the time of enrollment, the company assured me that they would provide placement support and arrange suitable interview opportunities. However, after receiving the payment, the company failed to provide the promised services. Communication became poor, updates were not shared proactively, and I had to repeatedly follow up through phone calls to obtain any information regarding my placement status. Most of my calls were either ignored or answered with vague assurances and false promises regarding upcoming job opportunities. Despite the passage of more than one year since the payment, not a single interview has been scheduled for me. The services promised at the time of payment have not been delivered. Due to the company’s failure to provide the agreed services, I raised a refund request on 18 August 2025. The company informed me that the refund would be processed within 30–45 working days. However, despite the expiry of this period and repeated follow-ups, I have not received any refund. Whenever I contact the company regarding the refund, my calls are either ignored or I am informed that they will revert with an update, but no action is taken. The company has repeatedly provided refund dates and assurances, none of which have been honored. As of today, no amount has been refunded. This conduct amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and failure to honor refund commitments. The company has caused me financial loss, mental stress, and considerable inconvenience. I am requesting a Immediate refund of ₹1,00,000 paid towards job placement services.
