I’ve ordered something from Ajio on COD. The courier partner was Shadowfax. The courier partner (Shadowfax) gave me an option to pay before the delivery. Then I paid the amount through google pay on 17th April. The next day, the parcel came but the delivery boy asked for payment again as he had no information about the online payment I made. I had to pay again to collect my parcel. Then I contacted Ajio but they too had no information about the online payment. I tried contacting the courier partner but they never responded. I neither received any refund nor any response from them. Clearly they’re doing fraud with customer. I need my money back asap.
