Text of Complaint by Soumya:

I placed an order on Zomato app and made the payment. The money got deducted but the app crashed and I could not see the order in my order history. A delivery boy was assigned but the restaurant did not receive the order. When complained, they said that since order id was not generated, they cannot confirm the payment was made, while my bank account clearly states payment was made to zomato.
