I got text msgs from VZ- ViCMS regarding deduction of money from my phone number balance.
I have checked that I don’t have any VAS services activated on my Vodafone number.
They have deducted 25 rupees.
I am having exactly same issue from last few months no service is active but still deduction.
Costomer case put blame on me.
