I am a customer of vi company.on 12th of june 22 rupees deducted from my balance for GAME SUBSRIPTION. I haven’t subscribed to any games and i don’t received any message regarding the subscription. I also checked VAS(value added services) and there was nothing in that.I got text messages regarding deduction. I am a house maker and a 60 years old woman who does not know about these electronic traits or gimmics , I called vi customer care on 17th of june and complaint about deduction and requested to refund the money deducted, but from beginning of the conversation they tried to insult me by saying that “don’t chatter me about these issues and you have subscribed the game and the refund will not be made. I asked her name but she refused to express her name and masquerade about sound quality and low network issue and disconnect my call,
- Again i called the company but they refused the money. Without any subsription my balance was deducted and now I’m not getting refund.
