Dear sir,
I have finance a samsung mobile phone from DMI finance. At that time I did not to know that DMI finacne will auto deduct emi through my bank account. So I was just making payment online self and via versa they were also deducting emi through my bank account but due to insufficient money in my bank account my account were showing in minus. As far as I got to know that DMI will get their emi auto deduct process then I only maintain sufficient money in bank account for emi deduction. But in this month, January 2021, DMI has not deducted emi through my bank account and I just got a call from DMI executive regarding emi payment, and she was telling that due to some technical problem, we are unable to auto deduct your emi, so you just have to make this payment online self, but I regret to make this payment self process because of money deduction fear, she has also promised to me that on money will be deducted after making payment self. And on 10 January 2021, my phone has locked then I have made this emi payment on 11 January 2021, I have this conversation call recording, and now they have deducted emi through my bank account and due to insufficient balance my bank account balance showing in minus.
This is a completely fraud and very poor services company. Sir, I am requesting to you to take a necessary action regarding this scam in front of loan.
