I got a message by text that “HELLO, THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING TO ACCESS GAMES WORLD, YOUR HAVE BEEN CHARGES RS.22. YOUR BALANCE IS” . This is not a first time for me. Several times I lost my money in this way only.
I have never access any games service through my mobile. When i search this issue in google, I came to know that many people has been facing this issue and complained VI care.
Today, I have also raised a complaint in Vodafone Kerala customer care, they said, they can not do any thing in that.
I need a solution for this.
Kindly look into it.
