I received a message from VZ-ViCMS stating that I had chosen to access contakt gaming service and I was charged Rs.25, deducted from my phone balance. Again I received another message that said I had activated callertunes and was charged Rs.66. Seriously I was shocked and very upset on Vi for these type of actions. I did not activate them but took place. Now I do remember that these type of fraud happened a few months ago too. Please take necessary steps to prevent these. Thank you.
