To whomsoever it may concern,
This is to kindly bring to your notice that I have been charged twice for the same flight booking via app Happyeasygo. Booking ID 694960916504130422. Initially I paid 7780 via net banking and then 7755 via UPI. Even after making repeated calls and mails I didn’t get any reply. The official booking is confirmed for payment of 7755, while 7780 was transacted by a middle company named Pasfar technology, Bangaluru. Kindly look into the matter. Such scams are occurring frequently during this lockdown particularly.
