have done recharge for mobile no.9630313351 of Airtel on 23/09/2020 around 4:25 pm through online SBI website of INR 399,money deducted,also message come of top up successfull but actually no recharge done by Airtel.Till date No refund done by Airtel still I am constantly interacting with them after providing all details to them.Still they are telling me to communicate with online SBI customer service.As recharge was successful, online SBI told me kindly confirm from Airtel.I have requested Airtel and also shown email feedback of SBI , still they have not refund amount and telling me that there is no record for this transaction Also I am attaching here transaction statement and details for the same.
