I had placed an order on 7th september, my order Id was 15994978199109156W with 5 items & total showing was Rs895, i made the payment but later it was showing order of rs 655 & 3 item were showing cancelled but haven’t received refund of 240 rs.
I called the customer care & raised the complain with complain ID- 0023565706, even followed up many times but my excess money was not refunded, i always got a reply that i will receive call back but never received a call back.
multiple times i escalated the complain but no revert was done, i called many times on customer care but the response was pathetic , i even tole to connect me to senior but this did not happen rather iwas put on hold for 25-30 mins evertime & then disconnected.
everytime a ticket number is raised-6012965918, 6015456989 etc
their website & services are really pathetic.
