Hi Team,
This is to inform you that on 3 rd of December i booked a flight ticket and it was not confirmed. Ihad a word with the concerned team and they said I will get refund within 24 hrs.
Now its 6 days still I have not received any response . Further more i called the concerned team and they are not helping me.
Please check and help me to get the issue resolved.
