I booked train ticket on 11/12/2018 worth Rs.3676.47 from paytm(booking id:6756288046) using paytm postpaid,the transaction for the same failed but the amount wasn’t credited back to my account.I reported this complaint multiple times to the customer care but the customer care executive always told me to wait.The bill for the postpaid was generated and it included the bill for the same booking that failed.Now not paying the bill has invited a late fine of Rs.280 and the customer care shows no response for the same.
