A transaction was done by me on 21st feb 2020 using paytm bank upi the money got deducted from my bank but didn’t reach the Marchant. I waited for 3 business days but money didn’t refunded then I filed a complaint and its show query is still open now its almost 10 days passed and money haven’t refunded neither there are any replies regarding the issue by customer care.
Please look into the matter and solve it asap.
