On march 7 I tried to add 500 to my Airtel wallet through gpay upi,the payment was successful and money is debited but it’s not added in the wallet .so I tried to contact the Airtel customer care banking services through mail and I gave the corresponding details they asked for,but they are replying like they didn’t have records of such transaction
