I have used “Airtel Thanks” App for recharge the prepaid account on 5th Oct 2020 at 10 am. The money is deducted from my account and my phone is not recharged. Trying to speak to the customer care of Air tel, but there is no options available to speak to any operator who could listen to me and rectify the problem / reverse the transection
I went for 598 , 84 days validity pack, but this app showed only 518 to be paid after discounts etc. This amount is paid through the internet banking gateway provided in the “airtel thanks app”.
