I got the call from Equinox company for work from home captcha in sept 2020, they asked me for voter card for identification. After sharing my voter card  they sent me one link for terms and conditions and that was a phishing mail. when I just opened that mail it got auto-submitted and I have not done any E-sign and digital sign and refused to start my work. They have charged me cancellation charges and sending out the notices via E-mail. And today again some Adv Neeraj Thakur called me from 08866989003 and tried to threaten me that they will put me and my father in jail if i dont pay them.  I have seen here many complaints from other consumers also. Please help us.
