On 21 September 2020 10.03 am was about to add money in my Airtel wallet to do recharge for my mom’s phone.. So when I initiated to add rs. 550 I did it using my bank debit card quick pay where you have saved the card for quick pay.. So I got the OTP for the same and I entered the OTP and then it stayed error in processing transaction failed.. But my money got deducted and didn’t get credited in my Airtel banks
