Dear Sir,

This is to inform that I have not subscribed any services in my mobile but VZ-VICMS deducted money from my balance for following services:

NOW I HAVE LOW BALANCE  AND UNABLE TO CALL ANYBODY. VZ-VICMS DEDUCT MONEY EVERY MONTH AFTER RECHARGE AND CONSUME MY FULL MONEY.

KINDLY YOU LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CREDIT MY MONEY ASAP.
