I booked a hotel Cuba Premium Huts , Palolem , Goa through Agoda official site . I selected option Book Now & Pay later for this booking. Although the option was selected to Pay Later , amount 20229.28 has got deducted from my account to Domestic Retail PT account & no booking is confirmed .
I did not received any confirmation on email neither i received refund . My first experience with Agoda is pathetic . Need help to get my money back .
I called their customer care – +44 2030 277 900 which is asking for Agoda Booking Id , since no confirmation received I don’t have booking Id & I can’t proceed .
