I booked a ticket on 5th May 2021, they took reservation and cancelled my ticket without my consent. I requested for refund and they said it would happen in 10-15 days but not initiated any return. I called them regularly for refund but got no response. Now they are not responding over call as well as mail. It’s been 48 days. This is a fraud and bogus bcompany. They should be banned from taking any bookings. They are cheating people for their profit.
