I had placed an order on paytm for my videocon dth recharge and the money has been deducted by paytm and i have received the message as well that the recharge had been successful but i have not received any channels .Order no – 5377391987
on emailing paytm they are claiming that they have not received payment but i have messages from Paytm saying my money was deducted and my recharge was successful.
I need a immediate refund and have been trying to contact paytm regarding that and it’s been 1 week still haven’t got any refund or the service .This is grossly unprofessional and unethical
