Today I tried to renew my season ticket through UTS mobile app, I entered details and paid fare amount of 100rs through UPI account. Also money deducted from my account. But ticket not shown in UTS mobile and it showing transaction failed in histroy, .. But my money successfully paid to irctc.
My money gone and I also don’t get my ticket..
I went to difficult situation..
I request you to please refund my amount to my UPI id.

amount has deducted from my account 2 times, but transaction is not showing but amount has deducted from my account by the way we are not able to call customer care also plz provide me with suitable solution. from its app… to be real The first time I booked, I received the ticket and used it.
