On sep 17 morning 12:00 pM I recharged my dth account using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 1000 Rupees . And I made the payment through netbanking sbi in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions for my dth account but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible . Below are the details of my transaction and number details.
