hlw, sir, today is almost more than 1 month’s pass away. I did recharge on 11/12/2020 of RS 599 from MobiKwik in which the connected bank is a Paytm payment bank. I didn’t get that recharge. I try to connect with MobiKwik they tell me the money got deducted plz talk with jio care. I call on jio, they told me if recharge not done, and the money deducted then wait for 15 days u either got a refund or u get service from us. but after 15 days I got nothing. then again I talk with jio care they advised me to talk with Paytm care. after many days, Paytm take one major step as he tries to raise a chargeback request with the merchant (jio) bank – CitiBank. and gave me a deadline of 15 days. again after 15 days, I saw one message from Paytm that ur request is rejected. i try to connect with jio, they told me on 11 Dec RS 599 recharge is unsuccessful. so, u didn’t get service. plz, try to connect with Paytm for more details. I am really tired of this. per day i try to connect with jio care but now either they didn’t receive my call or they cut it. when any jio care support calls me they disconnect the call without listening to the whole thing. I cant understand what to do? so, I finally try to connect with you. plz, help me.
