I have ordered one set of 3 formal shirts on 27.06.2020 through on line in Tuckme.co.in. Rs.1099 paid through UPI as there is no cash on delivery option. Order I’d is TUK3585. gotorder confirmation mail from helptuckme@outlook.com, in which mentioned i will be notified when product has been sent. But it’s been 15 days i have not received any communication from them and product not yet received even though i mailed them twice to the above mentioned mail id.
Kindly help me in this regard and take action against them to not happen this thing to others.
