i gave order from GPay, money got deducted twice but order was not placed on JIO, Now I am not getting refund of this money. I have called cutomer care but they are of no help.

I am also facing the same issue with JioMart. The company is a cheat.
I also facing the same issue amount not yet refunded inspite of so many follow up but customer care email and toll free number.
Pls do the needful.
