I’ve encountered an issue with my grocery order, amounting to 286 rupees, where payment through Paytm was successful. Despite numerous attempts via email and calls, there has been no response regarding order confirmation. The company seems unresponsive, and I’m distressed by this situation. Requesting assistance in securing a refund, as this appears to be a fraudulent company. The order ID is #111366. Additionally, I urge strong support to block and freeze this company’s operations in India due to its detrimental impact on numerous customers.
