I had already recharged on 11 October, but the recharge plan is not activated until now. I received so many messages from your side related to “your incoming and outgoing services will be stopped.” I don’t understand what is happening, please activate the plan(698 – 84 days) or else refund my money. Please activate it as soon as possible and do the needful.
