I made a booking through agoda.com on 9 july 2021 for 17th july of a hotel in Gurgaon (Ramada). I clicked on pay later option and filled in my card details. Processing forward I entered the otp and then site got redirected to paytm and money deducted from my account with an error that booking was not able to process.
I need this site to be charged for this offence and my money back.
I have read several cases of this type for this particular site.
Need strict action to be taken.
