At 25/10/2021 I booked a room for Avalon hotel ahemdabad from the application they took to the 3d payment gateway like usual booking site’s and application do then after I paid the amount online cause my stay was for same day but then after I don’t know what happened nothing showing in my upcoming booking this company just did a fraud move with me

dear nsdl my acaunt number 501011256631I sent 20000 money on 28/10/2021, which was not received by the recipient, then the account was frozen, no one listens, after 8 days the account freeze was opened, so I talked to the officer when will I get my 20000, the officer said 10 more days Wait emailed no reply who does this after all give me my money why do you do this to the poor
