Hi, I am a regular zomato user and I kind of adjust many a times with the delivery guys if they come late or got cold food I never complain. But 2 days back I had ordered a food at night after hectic day at my workplace, when delivery guy did not show up and money were already paid and top of that I got no notification that order got cancelled after so many attempts I finally called delivery guy and asked for food delivery then he said talk to zomato chat support and leaving all things aside I started chatting with zomato executive for their cheap professionalism then they said we will refund ur money now all now they have blocked my account.
