Myself Santanu Sarkar , On 30th november at 10 : 32 am i have transfered rs 6000 from my paytm wallet to kotak mahindra bank . But money has not credited on my bank acc . After transaction in the transaction bill it was written that if my money will not credited then it will refund in my paytm wallet . But till today my money has not credited in my paytm wallet . And sir i would like draw your attention in another matter that Today when i called in your customer care one lady picked up the call and told that she is seeing the matter then put my call on hold for about 20 to 25 min on 12: 10 pm and and then phone got cut after that i haven’t receive any call from your customer care . So sir its my kind request to you to see these matter .
