I have ordered a boat soundbar worth 8999/- and extended warranty for 1 year worth 499/- yesterday on Amazon online platform using my cousin’s MasterCard because of Amazon has foreign account payment mode. But after the order i have received a mail from Amazon payment delayed for 20 minutes. I waited and checked the application it says item shipped. Again i got a mail from Amazon – shipment suspended because of usual payment activity.
They locked my Amazon account and need to send them some details to unlock so they’ll contact me within 24 hours. I sent details. Today new mail from Amazon they need more details. I sent again the required details. I don’t want their product i have no time to waste. I want money back.
